Electrical service

Commercial Electrical Installation

Your shop needs more power for a new welder or your office layout is changing to fit more staff.

What to know before you get started.

We install new circuits, subpanels, and LED lighting for businesses across the Palouse. We check your existing panel and wiring route so your project is priced in writing.

The projects we take on

You are moving into a new storefront or adding heavy machinery to your shop floor.

Tenant Improvements

We move outlets and lighting when you renovate a storefront or office to fit your new business layout.

Dedicated Circuits

We install new circuits and subpanels for heavy machinery like welders, compressors, or server racks in your shop.

Lighting Upgrades

We replace old fixtures with LED lighting to improve visibility in your warehouse, barn, or retail space.

Working around your business

You need the work done without stopping your production or interrupting your customers.

Planned Shutdowns

We coordinate with you to schedule power outages during your off-hours or slow periods.

Usable Workspace

We keep our tools and materials organized so your staff and customers can still move through your building safely.

Clear Labeling

We label every new breaker in your panel so you know exactly which switch controls which circuit.

Permits and inspections

Your project must meet state safety codes to pass a building inspection.

Idaho Projects

We file for permits through the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses (DOPL) for work in Moscow, Troy, or Genesee.

Washington Projects

We handle permits through Washington L&I for jobs in Pullman, Colfax, or the town of Palouse.

Inspection Coordination

We meet with the state inspector at your building to verify the installation of your new panel or wiring.

Planning your installation

You want to know what factors influence the final cost of your installation.

Service Capacity

We check if your current meter base and main panel can handle the load of new machinery or appliances. We provide an exact price in writing after this check.

Wiring Distance

We measure the distance from the panel to your new outlets to determine how much conduit and wire we need.

Building Construction

We look at whether we are running wire through open ceilings, finished walls, or concrete floors in your shop.

Questions about commercial electrical installation

Do you handle tenant improvements?
Yes. We move circuits and install new lighting when you lease a new office or retail space.
Can you add circuits without shutting my business down for a day?
Yes, for the majority of the project. We install the conduit and pull the wire while your power is live, then we schedule a specific time with you to turn off the breaker for the final connection.
Do commercial projects need permits?
Yes. Almost every commercial electrical installation requires a permit from either Idaho DOPL or Washington L&I.
Do you work on both Idaho and Washington commercial buildings?
Yes. We serve businesses in Moscow, Pullman, and nearby towns like Colfax and Genesee.
What information do you need to price my project?
We need to see your panel and the route for the new wiring. We check these details in person before we provide the price for your project.
